Showhair command or a mod without hair clipping?

Hi, my character has a ponytail I'm wondering if there's a command to show hair always (through hats) or if there's a mod with certain hats that don't clip hair-- like this one: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/ima...-1229541339.jpg

I have only looked at it briefly, but I think in Fallout 3 each hairstyle contains separate references for hair without any hats, and hair to be used when a hat (or helmet, or head wrap etc.) is used.

If I understand the file structure correctly what you would need to do is to change this second reference to be the same as the first, so the normal hair is always used.
