Shiv1792
Hello, I'm in the process of making a Fallout 3 mod and had a question I wanted to ask. The mod I'm working on is an unique items replacer mod and I am using external content from other mod authors who have given permission however I haven't been able to get permission from one author. I really like his work and wanted to include some of it in an updated design and modern implementation but Nexus rules are no permission, no use, no exceptions and unfortunately he's not been active for the last 6 years and without his permission I can't use his original files if I want to publish my mod so I was wondering would I be able to recreate his work from scratch to use ? That way I could include at the very least a knock off version of his work and hopefully not break nexus rules otherwise I'll omit his content from my mod. PS. I have included an example of his original and my version. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/images/46767 Edited October 20, 2020 by urbanshiv92
