I will try to avoid needless explanation, and just say I don't like cell remake and outdated mods. Thats why I'm asking for 2020 newest solution, if there is any ofc. tm10067 Posted November 3, 2020 Share Posted November 3, 2020 (edited) Well, I prefer to keep the game with the least mods possible and build over existing ruined homes, it's far less boring and more challenging than just build new dull clean boxes like no nuclear war happened. In sanctuary you can reinforce existing homes with concrete walls and build at least one story on top (and encase the ugly roofs in concrete between the floors too), or put preassembled warehouse or barn roofs over the homes there as shown in some video.
