Skotte Posted December 30, 2008 Share Posted December 30, 2008 NeziKaile, if you are not using a Widescreen resolution for Fallout 3 the console could simply be off-screen. there's two options in that case... 1. Change the games resolution to a wiodescreen format or 2. open the "Fallout.ini", the one at C:\Users\(user name)\Documents\My Games\Fallout3 & change the iConsoleTextYPos and iConsoleTextXPos values to about 900 & 200 repectively. szadek676 Posted January 1, 2009 Share Posted January 1, 2009 Ya I had the same problem with Vista, the IR device was the problem (don't know why though). :thanks: NeziKaile, the IR device is the reciever for your remote that should have come with your computer if you bought a Vista computer.
