How do I delete/uninstall mods from an uninstalled game? (NMM)

I've been cleaning up for space lately and found a collection of 50+ Fallout 4 mods I forgot about sitting on NMM. I can't get into it and delete them myself since it always says that "It's not discovered" preventing me from accessing it any further.

 

So is there some sort of way to uninstall and delete the mods or do I have to just reinstall the game, put it on manage and delete there?

Just go into the folder where they are stored, and nuke 'em from there. (File Explorer)

Sense your using nexus mod manager there is a powerful tool under tools section, and look for file uninstaller it'll do it for you automatically... Aka uninstall all mods feature.
