Deleted31005User
Some lights make the textures around them go dark and normal again when moving or turning character.Or when 2 lights are too close together this often causes the same issue to happen. normal texture:http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/212065 darkened texture:http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/212066 Ive tried so many things and looked forever to try and resolve this but nothing so far helped. If anyone can provide some advice it would be most appreciated. Georgiegril
Skyrim will only render so many light sources at a time, and it will turn off lights if that number is exceeded. Shadow-casting lights are the biggest issue. You will notice problems if 2 shadow-casting light sources overlap. But I am not sure if you are saying that you are using mods that demonstrate you issue or if you are trying to add lights yourself?

Deleted31005User
I have it mainly with new mods that add lights, including my own mod : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31380I have to be really carefull about adding lights since this random texture flicker can happen at any place, weather it be a lone light flickering just one side texture of a rock its near, or 2 lights making all textures around them flicker like crazy.Theres no shadow casting lights that i add though, just normal lights and even without any mods, changing graphic settings, changing .ini files the flickering of certain textures will remain.I used to have it really bad but tempering with the ini files resolved most issues, except for this one... Deleted31005User
bump, anyone got any idea how to fix it plz?
Georgiegril
You can fix it by going into the creation kit and making sure your light sources do not overlap, and that you don't have too many shadow-casting lights in 1 frame. If you are using multiple mods that affect lighting in the same areas, you may need to reduce the mods you choose. If you notice consistent problems with a mod, and don't want to fix your own game yourself, you could write a polite note to the mod author, and maybe they will fix it.
