Zorkaz
What a messy journey. For reference the texture that determines the color is-GlowingOneBoilGrad.dds(Because this isn't the only grayscale texture involved) You will need to edit a custom GlowingOne.nif and edit these parts:-GlowingOneHeadFlash-GlowingOneBodyFlash Edit: Works only in nifskope unless I again missed something
markusm1000
Edit: Works only in nifskope unless I again missed somethingYou missed a material. Directly edits in the .nif was in Skyrim. For FO4 you need a material file.

VIitS
I would assume messing with the color involves GlowingOneFXGrad.dds, not GlowingOneBoilGrad.dds. Boil Grad has a single color at varying levels of transparency. ANd for the glow (rather than color of the "glowign parts" on the body, you probably need to look at things in GlowingOneAO.nif and GlowingOneAOMPS.nif
Zorkaz
I thought so too, but it makes little difference. The glowing one is very multilayered and has many effects.Currently the issue is that the ghoul gets displayed correctly in Nifskope, not in the game. But hey I will find it out eventually. But hey I will find it out eventually. From my experience, you want stuff to NOT get properly displayed in NifSkope.Because NifSkope doesn't know where the "data/textures" folder is, so if will only work when the full texture path ("C://.../Fallout4/data/textures/.../CustomGlowingOne.dds) is specified. The game won't work with the texture if the full path is specified At least, that's my experience. Zorkaz
Untrue. If you set up Nifskope properly it scans the texture or materials subfolders
