top hat and tux, and starting an inn

hi all, i recently got the dwemer specs mod, and i love the monocle. however, i really want a top hat and tux to go with it, is this possible? also, one of the things i love about oblivion is coming acrioss random inns in the wilderness. i would love to make one of my own. i know nothing about modding, but heres the idea. while travelling, you come across a rundwon deserted building. inside ther is dust, cbwebs and broken crockery. the quest is to start up the place into a thriving inn, by heading to cities and setting up trade routes for suplies and staff, and evry week you would get income, more for extra suplies and staff. could this be done? it could also be used as a meeting area for other quests

I am no expert by far but I can tell you that this mod is not only possible but it wouldn't be all that hard to make. Most of this could be accomplished with quest writing and very little script writing.

In the CS you could place almost any building you want in an area that you would want the inn. It could appear abandoned but that would require you to find two matching buildings or to model one in Blender. Best to stick with any building and make the inside appear abandoned. Through quest writing you could disable the empty house and enable a furnished one or just enable the furniture after purchase, depending on how much of the interior you would want changed.

The NPC's who would come to your inn would have to be created in the CS as well and they would probably need dialog and AI packages to tell them to be here or there at the right time. Each quest that they offered would also have to be written and the locations for the quest would also have to be built.

About the Tux and hat, that would require much more than the inn, new meshes, textures and rigging would be required. Search the mods and see if you can find either item. You may get lucky.
