Importing face to NPC

Ok, ive just released my first ever file on here and its a saved game but i want to release a companion version but i cant find any way of importing the face to an NPC (one of the CM's) to make the character how they originally looked like (Cos no matter how hard i try i cannot make the face the same and it looks terrible). Does anybody know of a program or way of doing this becuase it would save so much time.

This page tells how to do the reverse (NPC to playable) but at the bottom tells you how to make a player face into an NPC. You need Wrye Bash for this tutorial.
