Stable mods for high dungeon and surface spawns?

I'm currently using Genesis and Obis + notice board add on and I seem to be getting the odd ctd from this setup. Not 100% if this part of the load order is the culprit.

 

I noticed there's a newer Genesis now, unleashed or unhinged but it's got a lot of bug reports on it so I'm hesitant.

 

Anyway I'd love to here your thoughts on the topic.
