Okay, So I want to play Skyrim...

Long story short, I haven't even got passed the Character screen. T-posing. EVERYWHERE! Including me. I've dug down the rabbit hole to know enough to get here. However, I'd first ask, do these warnings mean I install the mods and run it and BAM!? Or do I need to reinstall FNIS or... something else? Im very lost at this point because I know mods are working but the player and characters are not!

You need to post in the correct forum: Skyrim SE section. And it's not recommended to install steam to the Program Files directory.

Please install XPMSSE skeleton.

You shouldn't check patches for mods you don't use

Obviously files from "Oldrim". Make sure you use FNIS SE only. This is a critical error. Animation files (.hkx) from Skyrim LE need to be converted. They won't work in Skyrim SE.
