Another Archery problem

So I recently wanted to play as an Archer, but my dreams were instantly dashed when I found out I couldn't fire a single arrow. I assumed oh must be a mod conflicting problem; so I disabled all of my mods relating to this issue like:

- Ordinator

- XPMSE

-Belt-Fastened Quivers

-Armedtotheteeth

I disabled more afterwards not knowing what the problem was. I changed LMB keybind it had no affect. I even unticked 360 Controller mod and still nothing. I even uninstalled my ENB thinking that was going to help but no...still nothing. My character just sits there arrow knocked and drawn. I can't even release early because it just auto charges it to max power and doesn't fire (same with crossbows). The only thing I can do from stopping this is pressing R which is my sheathe keybind, but that does little for my future as an archer in this game.
Please help, idk what more I can really do. (Please reply in simplicity, I'm a noob ty!!!~ :P)

I also experienced this exact issue recently, and perhaps my solution will work.

My frozen notched bow occurred right after I cleaned my update.esm and dlc with tesv, and I think I went overboard manually cleaning some records. Since I prefer to play offline, all I could do was log onto STEAM, and have STEAM revalidate my Skyrim files.

In my case, I stayed on STEAM, initialized video settings and started play, and loaded my latest save, which seemed to load, and my character’s bows were working again. I made a new save, exited the game, logged off STEAM, and offline gameplay returned to “normal.”

Hope this works, even if I don’t understand why. I have noticed my Skyrim is more stable if I boot up my pc connected to the Internet, and just disable the STEAM flash screen log in when it pops up on my desktop, let my firewall program update, then disconnect my pc from the internet, and then play Skyrim offline. Otherwise, I get more ctd’s.

I was currently running 33 mods and did not need to disable any to achieve this positive result.
