The only 4 errors i'm getting in LOOT are :

Cloaks - USSEP Patch.esp - [/size]Delete. Already included in Qw_CloaksOfSkyrim_CRF Patch.esp.[/size]
(can't find it in vortex)

WACCF_CathedralConceptWAC_Patch.esp[/size]This plugin requires "Cathedral Concept - Weapons Armor and Clothing.esp" to be installed, but it is missing.[/size]
(the esp doesn't exist anymore - i have the armory latest version from cathedral)

Distinct Interiors.esp[/size]This plugin includes records deleted by its master files. A guide to fixing this can be found [/size]here.[/size]
(don't really know what to do here so didn't do anything so i don't break things)

I have not problems in Vortex, no redundant mods and no problems/cycles betwen any of them.

Almost everything in game seems to work perfectly, except low FPS open areas, not loading distand objects/lights/grass/etc...and ofc this annoying FLICKERING LIGHT.

OVERALL I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I CAN DO (mods/tweaks) TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE !

I have 32GB DDR3 RAM and 2080 8GB DDR6 VRAM and i get 25-35 fps in open areas ! .........

Flickering lights are a well known engine limitation. The game doesn't render more than 4 shadow casting light sources at any time. If there are more than 4, the game chooses what to render an what not - with sometimes "interesting" results... AFAIK, this behaviour is hardcoded, so no way to change it with a mod.

 

You basically did the right thing by using "Lanterns of Skyrim II". It indeed fixes a lot of problems with flickering lights. Obviously there are still some problematic locations left. Try reinstalling "LoS II" and make sure you got all the patches you need for your towns and villages mods. Apart from that there isn't much you could do if you don't want to fix things yourself in the Creation Kit.

 

Regarding frame rates: What resolution are you playing at and what ENB preset are you using? And are you using the "GeForce Xperience" settings for Skyrim SE?

 

A top notch ENB with all the bells and whistles CAN bring your FPS down, even on a rather strong GPU.

 

If you use the "recommended" settings from GeForce (no) XPerience, you'll also tank your FPS. For some reason only nvidia might know, "GeForce Xperience" tries to force a "fake 4K" resolution on the game. Practically no increase in visual quality, but around 30 FPS lost... Make sure you're definitely playing at 1920x1080 (or whatever the native resolution of your monitor is). DON'T trust GeForce XPerience...

 

Regarding the LOOT errors:

he only 4 errors i'm getting in LOOT are :

Cloaks - USSEP Patch.esp - [/size]Delete. Already included in Qw_CloaksOfSkyrim_CRF Patch.esp.[/size]
(can't find it in vortex)

 

But it's in your load order... Look for it in your "plugins" window in Vortex. Disable the file in teh "plugins" window - or delete it manually from your .../SKyrim Se/data folder, if everything else fails.

WACCF_CathedralConceptWAC_Patch.esp[/size]This plugin requires "Cathedral Concept - Weapons Armor and Clothing.esp" to be installed, but it is missing.[/size]

(the esp doesn't exist anymore - i have the armory latest version from cathedral)

Distinct Interiors.esp[/size]This plugin includes records deleted by its master files. A guide to fixing this can be found [/size]here.[/size]
(don't really know what to do here so didn't do anything so i don't break things)

 

Maybe best option would be not to use it for now.

It's been 6 years since i gave up on Skyrim cause all of the crashes back then, and cause didint have a good enough pc.....but still....cant see a pc that can run the game as it should, at ugridstoload=15 but yeah....seeing its created in 2011 its expecte....hopefully ES6 will fix stupid things like limitations and hardcoded issues.

 

Overall i will do what u said...but i think im gonna do all from scratch.

 

I am using Ultimate Immersion mods list as a start, after which i added a lot of individual texture mods + patches, +a lot of individual armor/weapons texture mods....

I'm also using BethINI, and just installed Wyre Bash (but tbh it seems outdated, should i be using that cause i have more than 255 plugins/mods ?)

I do not Optimise in Nvidia, i dont for any game, i have all aplication controlled, or global settings in nvidia control panel for Skyrim SE (which ofc i start with Vortex using SKSE64 app added in Vortex)

 

Only thing i did is deactivated Vsync in game and enabled it in Control Panel - but when i did it it didnt have any difference.

I will probably reinstall everything now that i have all mods downloaded, and probably test the game after each 50 mods max.

So far i still don know how to use SSEEdit (dunno if its needed - the cleaning messages i get in LOOT seem to be random and affecting nothing)

Enhanced Lights and FX is the ENB im using. (i think. is that the enb ?) And i will install everything before it, and will instal the enb last (hoping for no bugs cause of this) cause yes i read everywhere that ENB is hard on video card.

BUT - while in-game going in enb panel and enabling disabling "use effect" under Global - it's just a maximum 3-5 fps differnce....not a reall difference tbh...

Well i did a clean install of everything - except the ENB - and i have to admit the difference is very remarkable in FPS.

 

But still i get areas like Riverwood with 30-35fps while inside the area or close to the area looking at it. If i face the opposite way it goes to 50-60.

 

I still have shadows on 4096....but i would really like to see in real time maybe what eats up most vram during gameplay cause i have a lot of mods installed.

Is there any program like a statistics or i have no ideea what to explain about it but needs to show vram usage in real time for plugins maybe ?

still i dont see me playing the game without the end, i even have reshade installed...but u cant reach the level of configuration enb has in the in-game shift+enter menu...and thats what i want.

 

What enb besides ultimate immersion should i try and is more FPS friendly ?

Also i seem to have more thatn 254 plugins and i keep reading that u have to to something in wyre bash to make them all count ?

 

Am i not having them all in game if dont do a bash list for them ?

I don't know how atm, but tbh dont really want to if its not needed.

-AOS: It's telling you you have multiple sound mods installed and they are probably going to conflict with one another. Probably not game-breaking, but you might get some weird audio effects, depending on which mod is lower in your load order.

-WeaponsOf3: Probably not a big deal, if it really bothers you, load that mod up in the CK and save it to update the file header.

-WAACF: That is just a file for updating the leveled lists if you use Wrye Bash to make a bashed patch. If you don't, you can probably disable it.

-KS Dragons: It modifies the same records as AAE, but no patch is listed in the Masterlist. You can try googling to see if somebody made one or, if you're feeling adventurous, you can try making one yourself. If you do nothing, it probably won't break your game, but you will likely get some unexpected behaviors. Check the mod page and see if anyone has tried using both.

-LoS II: Pretty obvious; you have this and ELFX-Exteriors installed and they aren't compatible with one another (they both edit the same records). Decide which one you like better and disable the other.

I removed and deleted ELFX-Exteriors. dont really hear any sounds issues (hope none ahead), i have all plugins clean, weapons of 3 seems to work, i have them all in inv and using them, so far havent encountered dragons to test the dragons mods.

 

The only things i want to do something about is the flickering lights - and it happens in interiors also, and even if there is only one ligth in the area i am in, if i stand stil, and just look arround, the light dissapears and appars again. Not just with lanterns. with mostly all lights.

Its not where there are more than 4 lights, it happens random. there has to be something to do about this....at least fix flickering lights within the 4 limit to act normaly. any suggestions ?

 

and another thing is - how do i allocate all my system's power/memory to skyrim,. or how do i check if it's using all my 32gb ram and 8gb vram ?

 

and what are the main things that eat up system power ? i mean i have +5-10 fps without enb - but JUST IN SOME areas....most of the populated areas its 1-2 fps difference max....i still get 25 fps in riverwood....even from outside the village if i just look torwards it.

 

What did i install that demands so much ?

 

I am at constant 60 fps in any interior.

Regarding the flickering lights: There might be conflicts between "distinct interiors" and ELFX.

Try, if loading "distinct interiors" AFTER everything ELFX-related changes anything.

If that doesn't help, you may have to choose between the two mods.

 

In SE, you don't have to specifically assign memory to Skyrim. As a 64bit application, it should use memory as it needs. Unfortunately I don't know much about system monitors, so no real idea here.

 

60 fps in interiors is to be expected, you would get that even on a considerably weaker rig. Even with your RTX 2080, slight fps drops outside CAN occur, if you use a demanding ENB preset and other resource heavy stuff (see below). I'm talking about the occasional 50 fps or so though. 25 fps IS strange indeed. There's definitely something wrong. I'd look e.g. at village expansions and maybe conflicting building/landscape mods here.

 

Possible fps killers (in no specific order):

- ENB

- grass mods, especially with high density

- trees

- volumetric fog

- HDT

- lots of NPCs or creatures next to each other

 

If everything else fails, the only way to get a clue might be to rebuild you load order step by step. Always add a few mods at a time, then test.
