Also, I'm wondering how to use the resources I got from twizzler, I have the weapon and shout set up but when I choose what files to use none of his files come up, I'm probably blind but this is my first time importing and using somebody elses work.

Btw I have it so the shout does a conjure sword type spell that summons zahkriin do dovakiin until sheated. Is this what people wanted?

I believe so. You could always do a beta release so people can test it out. If it doesn't work as planned, then it can be fixed.

I may end up needing help with the quest. I've never done one before and I'm pretty confused. Although I do have an Idea and The necessary assets to make the quest its the actual making the quest bit that I'm confused on.

Basic outline is there is some crazy bosmer outside whiterun that you talk to, he tells you about this book that the greybeards took from him and he wants it back. you end up taking it for yourself becuase it reveals a secret to getting the sword(s). the secret takes you to a giants camp where there is another clue that takes you into the vault of the theives guild, where the next clue leads you to markarth, where you will find the sword laying in the river.

As i said I have the assets just know the know how to put them all together for a quest if anyone can help me. I'll be working on getting the effects for the sword working.

An Idea for the quest: In the rubble of the western watchtower, something akin to the Rosetta Stone is uncovered, covered in the dragon language, the falmer language, and an archaic version of common. When Calcelmo translates it, he finds that it points to a mysterious location in Skyrim where "the sword slumbers until it is awakened by the thu'um of it's master." These are the complications to the quest: It is in the possesion of a unique Dragon Priest who isn't going to let it go without a fight; the Thalmor learn about it and try to get there first; the words that grant it power are buried in challenging draugr crypts; and the weapon is the only thing that can defeat a certain dragon.
