Anno 1800 Three Mod Requests and Question about Maps

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could create a "buildable" version of Sir Archibald's manor house. Perhaps as another monument, or just as a plop and drop building.

 

The second is to unlock any of the Enbessan ruins as to use as decorations in both the Old and New Worlds.

 

And third. Please, please, please some schools, universities and a working power station for the New World.

 

And finally a question, is there any way to develop a mod that will allow us to edit the beaches on all islands so we can create both and aesthetically pleasing and efficient harbor? To be clear to straighten out the beaches, and fill in gaps so that roads run in straighter parallel lines to the coast etc.
