ENB question

First thanks to anyone who might respond

 

I know just enough about installing mods to get myself in trouble, so I am curious if it matters when you install your ENB preset;

should it be the very first thing? or hold to the end

 

Also the required files, install those first, second, third, last, doesn't matter?

 

just a bit confusing to me. I know about mod 1 will over write mod 2, but if I have never used them how would I know, in which order to load them?

This doesn't seem to be a Vortex issue.
