LE Eorlund Graymane - The best blacksmith?

One thing I never understood in skyrim was how I, could learn legendary smithing in a "year", making better items then the fabled Eorlund Greymane!

 

This mod idea is to make everything Eorlund sells in his shop "Legendary" quality. Reason being I find it very unrealistic that I can buy something from him then be able to upgrade it.

 

To all the modders, is this possible? Will someone do it? or at least tell me how to do it?

I'm sure it's possible. If someone can have bandits spawn upgraded loot, why can't a merchant sell them?

A more easy way to do this, would be to add some new weapon objects (perhaps just duplicates of vanilla weapons) and let Eorlund sell them. The stats of this weapon could be rised (in comparison to the originals) and there won't be the possibility of tempering them. If this is really wanted from the community, I sure could do something like this. Just leave some posts.

you could just do the wolf armour and skyforged steel weapons with stats a little above legendary and no option to temper them

I would suggest adding a new category (Grand Legendary), basically above legendary and have Eorlund sell them.

Put (Skyforge) quality above legendary for weapons and armor forged by Eorlund. Perhaps allow the player to make things that good when using the Skyforge.
