Afterburn Mod

I was playing TF2 recently and one thing that only just came to my mind, there is no afterburn in FNV which is why I am requesting a mod that can add afterburn into the game.

All fire weapons deal extra damage-over-time, which is all that "afterburn" is.

Ya I was thinking that, the fire stays on you for a few seconds after getting hit with a heavy incinerator. I assumed there was afterburn cause like, it wouldn't be that hard to implement.
