Vortex Loot - found deleted navmeshes

Eli_Breezehome.esp % 2 deleted navmeshes found
AonghusHouse.esp % 1 deleted navmesh found
The above have been cleaned with xEdit (TES5VREdit). The "Requires cleaning (lOOT)" flags are still there after restart.
6 other plugins were cleaned and flags for these 6 no longer appear.
Loot cleaning info says "found % deleted navmeshes".
Do I need to fix this? How?

If I recall, the flag won't disappear until the LOOT masterlist is updated with the file hash of the "cleaned" plugin. If you've fixed it, you can ignore the message.

Thanks, the problem is that I do not know how to fix navmeshes. The flags have disappeared for all other files run but not these two.

Here is a copy of the end of the report when running Quick Auto Clean for the second file. The other report is very similar.

Is it ok to ignore this warning?
