Surfer11May
Vortex Loot - found deleted navmeshes Eli_Breezehome.esp % 2 deleted navmeshes foundAonghusHouse.esp % 1 deleted navmesh found The above have been cleaned with xEdit (TES5VREdit). The "Requires cleaning (lOOT)" flags are still there after restart.6 other plugins were cleaned and flags for these 6 no longer appear. Loot cleaning info says "found % deleted navmeshes". Do I need to fix this? How?

Pickysaurus
If I recall, the flag won't disappear until the LOOT masterlist is updated with the file hash of the "cleaned" plugin. If you've fixed it, you can ignore the message.

Here is a copy of the end of the report when running Quick Auto Clean for the second file. The other report is very similar.
