DrEpicSquidness
Hello! I am having an issue where I am attempting to download the entirety of my mod content to where my fallout 4 file is stored (the D: drive) but yet, even after I change the directories in the mod and downloads section of the settings in vortex, when I download mods, i still see storage space go down in my c: drive, can anyone help me? JimmyRJump
Dump Vortex and switch to either MO2 or NMM. Personally, I prefer Nexus Mod Manager (NMM), Vortex' predecessor, downloadable at GitHUB when hitting the link in my sig. Besides, you don't have to re-download the entirety of your mod arsenal. Simply copy the lot to where you want to have them.
DrEpicSquidness
Hmm, I have attempted to use NMM, but it seems that when trying to launch Fallout 4, the game never actually gets past the steam "preparing to launch" screen, is there a way to fix this? I'm using a rather elaborate launcher system in that I use both the "Fallout4ConfigTool" and "F4SE". The former is set to use the latter to start the game and those settings need to be added to Steam so that Steam recognizes the "F4SE" launcher. Or something along those lines. Can't remember exactly.
