I'M GETTING DESPERATE

Hello everyone!

I'm really struggling with something right now.

Whenever I play Skyrim, I don't really encounter any problems, unless I open the map and click "fast travel to ...." or "Move marker", as I'm unable to click "yes", "no" "cancel" or "ok". My game crashes/freezes, and I'm unable to close the menu window, not with cancel, and not with tab.

This also happen when I try to unlock a new Shout, or when crafting items.

The only DLCs I have is the High Resolution one, and atm I have about 34 mods running. My laptop has been able to have more than 70 mods running at the same time, so i think it's weird that my game is messed up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice, I've tried clearing the game cache through steam, and there's still no solution.

This has been going on since the start of March or something, so I'm getting pretty frustrated.

None of the mods I have installed should conflict, nor should they need any DLCs. I've tried searching for a solution for more than a week now, but not finding anything. I don't really want to start a new game and see if it works, as I don't want to lose my current progress.

If anyone can help me, I'd truly appreciate it. I've tried about anything that comes to my mind... :I

You SAY that they shouldn't conflict, but you still can't be sure. Post up a list of your mods and any particular details on how you installed them. Further: what programs are running in the background as you play Skyrim? And when you uninstalled/reinstalled Skyrim, were you certain to delete everything in the Skyrim folder?

are you using Skyui? with a Map mod? last Skyui v3.4 is stable but there was some issue with the 3.2 then 3.3.

use Boss and post your Load order and see if there is not any conflict as you think
