Dr. Corbett
Topic re-opened. Though the spelling's atrocious, I can piece it out. :) I think he's trying to tell us that he's wondering whether you can actually go and make something illegal in game. Answer: I'm not sure, but I don't think so. Better modders would be able to answer that, as I think illegality is defined in hard code. A bit of a note that I believe you can make certain triggers give you a bounty, though.
Arrow_Diet
To make it "Illegal" to obtain something... You have to make it belong to an NPC (note: An NPC will have to "see" you steal it for your crime to be reported (note2: The NPC does not have to be placed in the game to own items))As far as "drugs" go, you'll have to check the script on them, I believe they have scripts on them, to force the NPC not to service you. Adras
Well once when I made a mod, I made it so some helms belonged to the NPC and he was lookinbg right at me. The guards were rather far away, but the NPC just said "Theif!" and those other choice phrases. He didnt attack me like I wanted him to.
Eiade
If you have moon sugar, barterers won't barter with you, but it isn't reported as a crime. Even if you talk to a guard while carrying moon sugar it doesn't matter. I think when he's asking if you can make something illegal, he's asking about making an action that is legal illegal. Like for instance attacking rats or something. So if you attack a rat and someone sees you, your crime is reported. He may be asking how to make a legal action such as this against the law.
