M48A5
You don't state your OS, but if you are on Win 10, don't use NVSR, use New Vegas Tick Fix instead. NVSR and Win 10 don't play well together. If you have two mods that change the same thing (NMC & Ojo Bueno , Fallout Redesigned & FCO), you can expect conflicts. The last file loaded will overwrite the one loaded before it. Be absolutely certain you know what you are doing before you open FNVEdit. You don't have the manual listed, but you need to read the training manual before you start FNVEdit. Whenever I use XEdit, I always have the manual open to check the instructions as I go along. Install order is very important when using HUD mods. You should make yourself familiar with the Nexus Mods Wiki https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Fallout_New_Vegas

I forgot to mention, I'm noobish in the editing department, so I tend to go for mods that naturally affect the game instead of those that require too much input from the player, so I guess that means FNVEdit is out. And yeah, if mods affect the same thing I guess it will be conflicting, but aside from reading description, I don't have a way to tell what files those mods will affect.I just want to beautify as many things as possible without conflicts, starting with more popular graphic mods out there like NMCs_Texture_Pack_For_New_Vegas and Nevada Skies - Weather Effects
M48A5
The mod description are what you have to go on to determine what to use. You cannot use tow mods that change the body shape, two mods that change armor, or two mods that change the game graphics, or two mods that change the weather. That is what I mean by two mods that change the same thing.
JimboUK
I would avoid Project Nevada for reasons given about halfway down this page Mods to Avoid | Viva New Vegas
Sesst
I would avoid Project Nevada for reasons given about halfway down this page Mods to Avoid | Viva New VegasAnd it's among the most popular mods too, shame. Like they say, it's strange to replace it with smaller mods. Have you felt the negative effects they claim with Project Nevada though?I'm kinda reluctant to use those smaller mods to replace it. If it's not too bad, I'd just go for it.

JimboUK
I tried it once, I had performance and stability issues along with save game bloat. Using a number of separate mods does sound counterintuitive but it makes sense, each separate mod has been designed to do one thing and is likely to do it better than one designed to do a multitude of different things, the phrase "jack of all trades, master of none" springs to mind.
