non existence download speed in U.S

You're not the only one judging by how many threads have been made about the abysmal download speeds at the moment. From Ireland all the way to Australia and back round to Germany, all of us are having a horrible time downloading stuff. Both premium member and non-premium members are suffering, and from how long I've spent look back through last week's threads there appears to be no fix for it yet.

As an Australian, we already have pretty crummy internet. But just tonight I managed to download Fallout NV in under 30 minutes easy with just 8mbs! Then after setting everything up for Fallout: The Frontier, I'm met with less-than-third-world internet speeds of just 25kbs when I'm downloading the mod manually. Not via Vortex and not by Mod Organizer, a straight-up manual download. I'm almost 100% sure Nexus' server bandwidth is having a heart attack, given the fact that the main site crashed with how many people wanted to download Fallout: The Frontier and also the fact that I'm downloading a patch for Wasteland 3 on Steam and it's sitting at a comfortable 10mbs.

So yeah. We're pretty much stuffed until the Nexus servers are sorted out.

1. cancel any download(s) you started before you became a premium member
2. Log out of the Nexus
3. Log out of Vortex (If you use it)
4. Log back into The Nexus and Vortex.
5. Go to your NEXUS MODS Profile, click SITE PREFERENCES
6. Click PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP PREFERENCES
7. In the PREFERRED DOWNLOAD LOCATION Dropdown menu, select a PREMIUM Server that's close to you, or the one that gives you the best speed.

Also, if you use Vortex change this setting to 10
