Deathani
It's only gives me full speed when I use premium servers, I don't know if it's intentional but I guess I have to get a life-time subscription, well played Nexus.
AirTrekPros
I'm only getting like 12-20 kbs but just a few days ago I had 100-150 kbs Idk what the problem is and the usual server I used is now different and Idk how to change it back. Can anyone tell me?
skyesfury
I haven't seen download speeds like this since we measured speed with baud rate. I'm usually hesitant to make a statement like this, but... Is this an attempt to passive-aggressively force people to subscribe? I hope not. Galacticat42
Google brought me here. I say the thread stays alive for now. And yea I'm having like 40kbps downloads with NMM right now when usually I have the full 1mbps. Hopefully it goes away soon - I'm updating mods to get back into Skyrim from a long break. Cryovolcano
This problem just occured to me while downloading a 1GB+ file from Nexus. I tried to change servers etc. but nothing changed my download speeds. Instead I went into Windows Control Panel, and added Mod Organizer (which I use) to the be allowed by the firewall. After that I suddenly got full speed! Hopefully this will help other with the same problem!
Deleted1447194User
I'm experiecing this problem too: 5-20kb/s here and then "error: unable to finish the download".I've tried changing servers, all avaliable in the mod manager, tried downloading manually, allowing the mod manager in the firewall, disabled the antivirus and nothing works. This problem started about 3 days ago and I haven't done anything different from the usual. astrapho
glad I'm not alone in this, was beginning to think my computer's bonking out. I've been trying to download mods for hours and so far I could't even get a single one to download. This site used to be way better. Not sure what happened. Volunter
I dont know why, but all Nexus websites are extremely slow, downloading too.
TheGunslinger872
Hey, at least yours doesn't cut off randomly! I can't even left my computer just running and loading the mods, I have to sit in front of it and starting it every time it pauses. Which is every. Five. Seconds. Deleted8884525User
Here are my thoughts about this: So your internet is just fine-if you look under threads @ download manager, if it is 1 then your the only one downloading the item currently. Lets say there is two people downloading the same file, they both will have the same files right? It's like copy & pasting, but in the cloud. The system will know what you are downloading with the other person. When the person is done, the thread (person) will be removed from the download.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is my thought, and it might be proven wrong what-so-ever since downloading small files is fast rather than large files.
