Yet another scripting question

Most often, the scrap crash is caused by a script that uses Delete() on a powered object. Alternatively, removing a mod that has power objects in it without manually scrapping all the objects from that mod first, will cause the scrap crash. It's unnoticeable at first, but then later on, your game will CTD whenever you try to scrap something. Hence, scrap crash.

But it also happens with wireless power objects, not just wired or snapped.

Also, the fix (power grid tools, or built-in in transfer settlements) won't actually "fix" a broken power grid. Instead, it simply nukes the broken power grid. Result: Scrap crash is gone, but so is the power grid. Anything electric you had on the broken power grid, you'll have to redo the wires, snapping, etc.
