Slow download speeds with premium

I've been having slower download speeds (usually 2MB/s) on larger files while smaller ones appear to download at normal speeds. This wasn't an issue around the time I purchased premium membership but sometime afterwards I have had this issue since then. My ISP did not change during that time or the location I was downloading from.

Connection Tests

For all the links in the troubleshooting article it would open a tab then close it without starting a download except for the CDN link when clicking on the hyperlink directly. I opened link in a new tab and was able to start a download for them.

Amsterdam: 550-580kb/s

Prague: 480-500kb/s

 

NA Servers

Los Angeles: 1070-1130kb/s

Chicago: 1920-2030kb/s

Miami: 2.2-2.3MB/s
