Tamriel Rebuilt Filepatcher

Long story short, some mods have a file dependency that used to be called TR_Data.esm but is now called Tamriel_Data.esm

I have one such file, called PB_SignpostsRetexturedTR.esp, which called for TR_Data.esm, the outdated filename. All my troubleshooting has yielded is that I am supposed to use the filepatcher from Tamriel Data to somehow update this file. I can't even get the TR Filepatcher to run. It's supposed to run with java, but nothing happens. Literally nothing. Everyone else online reports at least getting into some kind of menu to try updating one of their .esm files, which then doesn't work. I wish I could get even that far. I have never once seen TR Filepatcher do anything. I've not seen what the window looks like when the program is supposed to be running, because it simply isn't.

I'm really trying to get my morrowind to look beautiful and those signposts are especially lovely, if only I could get them to work with Tamriel Rebuilt as well. All I need is to tell this one .esm file that its master file is actually there, the filename has just changed slightly.

Can I do this with the TR Filepatcher? Does that thing run at all, and if so, please tell me HOW?

Thank you for the link. I'll be sure to check it out. I ended up finding a separate mod with near identical effects, and the new mod had correct and up to date file dependencies, but in the future I will recall this Dependency Tool Kit. It has been quite a journey to get my Morrowind overhauled.
