darkdill
Save game bloat from embedded scripts that you can't remove is such a painintheass. I swear, I'd shoot whoever designed the saves to be that way if I had the chance. Ugh... Hell, it's so bad that sometimes if I even press ESC, the game instacrashes. MightyZ0G
the latest version of SKSE has an option to remove scripts that aren't needed from the saves automatically over time.my saves peaked at 25MB but have now shrunk to under 11MB
darkdill
If you're referring to "ClearInvalidRegistrations", that doesn't work for me.
MightyZ0G
as it says in the read me "When applied to an already bloated save, it will stop growing further and instead shrink over time" it will depend on how long you play and how often you save and whether you use auto saves or manual saves (auto saves bloat much more and much quicker than manual saves, auto saves are also prone to corruption as well)
