Wrapien
When removing an installed mod, it does not add it back to the "not-yet-installed Downloads" list under the Downloads tab. I know it removes it from the Data folder but does not delete it from the \Vortex\skyrimvr\mods folder unless you select the delete checkbox. Shouldn't the "removed" mods show back up in the "not-yet-installed Downloads" list?
Pickysaurus
A download that has been installed but removed doesn't show up in the downloads section with that filter applied because it isn't a "not yet installed" file anymore.
Wrapien
Why distinguish between not installed and not yet installed?
Pickysaurus
I believe the idea is, if you download a bunch of files at once, the default view shows only those you've not yet done anything with.
Wrapien
Still, it would be helpful to be able to list mods that have been downloaded and previously installed but have been uninstalled for some reason. Sometimes I have to uninstall everything including Skyrim, download a fresh copy of Skyrim and then reinstall the mods. I prefer to do it in sections such as VR essential files first, then models, then animations, etc. verifying the game does not crash as I go along. With the current setup, it is difficult to go through 400 mods that are only listed in alphabetical order to install in sections. And then to keep track of which ones you have installed and which ones you haven't. With Vortex, I do not even seem to be able to save a list of the installed mods by section that I can use when reinstalling them later. A list would suffice especially if the list entries were tagged to include which mods are fomod types that autodetect whether other mods have been installed. I seem to spend more time troubleshooting Skyrim VR than actually playing the game.
Guest deleted34304850
If you want to list mods that have been uninstalled, go to the mods view in Vortex, go to status and filter on UNINSTALLED.Hey presto a list of mods you've got downloaded via Vortex, but in a status of UNINSTALLED.Job done.
