r5r4y
Hello,I'd like to edit the stats of a modded armor I downloaded, from this mod here for that matter: http://social.bioware.com/project/4748/ This mod files override the armors I want to change; The Felon's Coat, Katriel's Grasp, and Adaia's Boots. So simply opening the toolset and changing the respective items didn't help, I'd like to edit the fatigue mainly, and make all three pieces a matching item set, but I couldn't find those options in the toolset. I just want to edit the stats and leave the modded textures in there. Any help would be appreciated. Edited April 14, 2013 by r5r4y
LadyHonor
To make them item sets you need to look in the 2da file itemsets.2da or something like that. I'd check it myself to be certain but I won't be to my pc until tomorrow. Anyway, it lists the different itemset ID's. Find the item set id number you like best and give that number to each item in the variable option in the item resource in the toolset. Save and export and that should do it. As for the different stats I can't remember what the option is called. Attributes or effects or something like that? Anyway, if anyone hasn't given you the rest of the info by tomorrow, I'll check it and let you know.
r5r4y
The mod doesn't come with .2da files, unless I get it all wrong. What about fatigue? Where can I edit that value?
LadyHonor
Sorry its taken me so long to get back to you on this. I was on vacation when I first started replying and then when I got home I had a few health issues to deal with....Anyway on to the important stuff. i dont have that particular mod on my game so I am assuming a lot here. If you can open it in toolset, then what you will basically need to do is create a new item in your module. Then go to "Properties" and assign it whatever properties you want. In the vanilla game I dont think there is a fatigue reduction property. So there are two things you can do. The easiest way is to just download the mod Improved Atmosphere. You dont have to install all of the different improvements. Just the necessary one. In my set up I only have the Global folder with the folders 1.3 tints and the 1.4 items. There is an excellent fatigue reduction property included in that. I am using version 1.3 so I'm not sure what the necessary files/folders would be for the newer version. LadyHonor
The second way is to create your own and I'm sorry but that's a little out of my league. As for the item sets, you can still assign the default ones from the main campaign providing this armor set loads in the toolset. You would do as I mentioned in the first post I made. As for creating new items set stats that's another one I'm not certain of. I wish I could have been more help.
