Look at it this way, if Skyrim is now in final form it will really turn the modders loose to produce fabulous new content. No more worrying about the next patch breaking things.

Does this mean the Modding Community will Abandon Skyrim now, are they still Modding Morrowind and Oblivion.

I have No Interest in Fallout 4, Never played those Games.

If they do move on to the Next Adventure presumably TES6

It could be in fact Fallout 4. Just because you don't have interest in Fallout 4 it doesn't make it presumable that they're talking about TES6. Bethesda, after buying the rights for Fallout, stated that they bought it for a reason, and that they'd be wanting to develop quite a few games. Not that it makes it certain, but the voice actor for Three Dog did tease us with a tweet. If they say they're moving to their next adventure, it definitely isn't a new DLC. (The next DLC, if there is one, may be finished already, as most of the things they did for Dawnguard and Dragonborn were in fact implemented before Skyrim was released. Development for the main game didn't end on the release day :P )

If you consider ESO is going to be released soon, it would be nice to have some Fallout to play

and it seems Bethesda likes to rotate between their two titles (Fallout, Elder, Fallout, Elder etc. etc.).

At least it has been like that since Oblivion came out. :ohdear:

I hate to rain on your parade (and mine too, I would have loved a Forsworn or Thalmor invasion themed DLC), but Peter Hines confirmed there would be no more DLCs for Skyrim (see the tweet here: https://twitter.com/DCDeacon/status/323837011591036929).

I for one am happy that they will focus on the next game, and hopefully it means the next Fallout game (even though it concerns me that probably it will be based on an enhanced version of Skyrim's Creation Engine (considering the embedded Fallout console commands)).

I'm happy

Fallout 4 will be released and get a load of DLC then TESVI will be released and we'll see what the Thalmor did after the Stormcloak Rebellion distracted the Empire and we'll get to kick Dominion butt and reunite Tamriel for the next Empire

This.

I still have avoided the 1.9 patch, because I like my current game. Nice to know the next time I update it might stick! (and I can go back into offline mode without fear of unwanted updates killing my game.)

As far as no more DLC, well, I enjoyed Fight the Thalmor and Moonpath at least as much as Dawnguard. I expect that we will still see some really nice quest mods.
