FillipeMattos
Does anyone have any plans to create a free and unofficial DLC for the game, with the adition a new villain after Miraak?

MightyZ0G
knowing Bethesda, the next TES will be after the 2nd Great War which the Aldmeri Dominion will win. the Dominion will have ruled Tamriel under a total dictatorship and the Imperials, Nords, Redguards and, to a lesser extent, Bretons will be completely subjugated. gsmanners
I think it's okay to start working on one. We've probably seen the last iteration of the CK here (at least, as far as Skyrim goes). The only thing I would say is please keep the clutter to a minimum. No more damn plates and cups and food everywhere. I think we've all seen way too much of that already. I'm currently debating whether to delete the mushrooms and apples from my game as it is.
FillipeMattos
The Thalmor are considered dictators or the empire that is?
gsmanners
The Thalmor have shown an aggressive dictatorial attitude on the subject of Talos worship. Being a dictator isn't a question that's been answered, however, in the Elder Scrolls universe. In fact, Talos himself was an aggressive, genocidal maniac. So, this could just be a spectacular vindication of the law of conservation at work. Tamriel started out as a land for elves alone, maybe it will become that way again. FillipeMattos
I can consider Ulfric a villain because he is in favor of the worship of Talos?
gsmanners
Ulfric is a villain because he creates a disastrous situation that requires force to resolve it. Whether the worship of Talos is truly wrong, Talos only knows.

Whether the worship of Talos is truly wrong, Talos only knows. 1 - Ulfric kills a person, which in this case is the husband of Elisif to prove that he is the most worthy of ruling the Skyrim. 2 - What he has done is something politically incorrect. 3 - He still showed insubordination. 4 - He killed several imperial and even caused a senseless war throughout Skyrim. 5 - Besides a terrorist, he is a racist, bigoted and did all this for power. Thinking of himself. Deceiving his own people. Edited April 15, 2013 by FillipeMattos
KindaInappropriate
An "unofficial" DLC would be very well received, there are many topics in Skyrim barely touched as Thalmors, the Vigilants of Stendarr, the warriors from Hammerfell with curved swords, piracy and many others.Since the Dragonborn as defeated Miraak, and all of his followers (a lot of them), I think one of the features should be some sort "cult of the dragonborn" or something like that, with a quest related to some important political decisions over the lands of Skyrim. This is a great modding community, I think an "unofficial DLC" would be even better than the official ones.
