BlackstarAlchemist
When I'm using FOMM is it stupid to launch it with FOMM? or is it the same thing? I've been trying to just launch with FOMM or Nexus and it immediatley crashes... so maybe that is my issue load with FOSE.exe

BlackstarAlchemist
I've went into the fallout.ini file and changed bUseThreadedAI=1 ----- bUseThreadedAI=0 ( this was the before) INumHwThreads=2 ---- that was placed about the [Display} and for the darnifieduif.esp it told me to change a script piece... at this point I'm a little lost and I don't know if it is smarter to trash this whole project and start again and if I do what is the best tutorial for this... and in what order should I download and test each mod cause I don't want to do anything out of order. M48A5
BlackstarAlchemist, Have you ever had the game start and run without mods? Please post your equipment specifications.
BlackstarAlchemist
I've had it run without mods.. and what do you mean equipment specifications?
M48A5
BlackstarAlchemist, Since you know that the game will run without mods, you should follow the advice as shown here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/652876-fallout-3-modding-and-you/I suggest you start with FWE and DarNUI first. Also, the change you made to the Fallout.ini was incorrect. In the general section, you change bUseThreadedAI=1, then add INumHwThreads=2 immediately under it so it looks like this: bUseThreadedAI=1INumHwThreads=2 Equipment sepcifications are the type and speed of your CPU, make and model of your GPU and the amount of RAM you have installed. Since the game does run unmodded, this information is unnecessary.

BlackstarAlchemist
Ok forget everything now I restarted everything deleting all my material and now I can't play the game at all it instantly crashes with no mods or anything added... Any ideas? I have a Gforce 560 ti gaming card, 800 watt power supply and two hard drives... the game is saved on my E drive that is 1TB. I don't think it should be graphics or memory at this point..
