LE New "Teleport" Spell/Shout Idea [Lore Friendly]

Firstly thanks for showing an interest in this idea. as i have no expireance in making mods for Skyrim i realy need some help to make this Spell/Shout for the game.

 

The ieda is to make a spell that make it seem like you teleported from the point of view of an NPC and is easy to use.

For this happen i think the spell will need to:

Stop/Slow Time.

Make The Player Invisable.

Allow The Player to Fly.

Stop The Player From Hurting NPCs.

 

By Toggling all of these on/off with the spell/shout like the "Master of Space and Time Mod" it will let you use this in combat to seemingly teleport around the place, letting get to good archer spots, move behind the NPCs or even retreat, but as you cant hurt them while the spell/shout is active it should stop you taking advantage and adding a cooldown will help make it more balanced.

 

so as i dont know how to make Spell/Shouts for skyrim i would like to know if anyone would like to make it or post instructions on how to make it.

i have an idea for the teleport shout but unfortunately don't have a gaming pc at the moment. Hopefully gonna do this mod

Well as i dont know much about making spells i dont mind others making this and taking credit as long as i get to use a Spell or Shout with the disired effect in game im happy. :D

There is already a literal, teleport spell mod called Blink, is it not what your looking for?

Not a ''real'' teleportation spell. But slowing down or stopping time until you move into a better position or escape.

It'll still look like you've teleported, but only for NPCs.

 

Anyways.

I like this idea.

Yep Gerandirr thats kinda the gist of it.

 

I think the thing that will make this "teleport" better than others is you just run/fly over to where you want to be.

 

When the other teleports that i have seen and use, require you to aim at a location and hope that it will let you go there, also it can be hard to find a spot to aim at and hit it while under attack from deathlords "fus-ro-da"ing you about the place.
