Bouitaz
They worked yesterday, and today they don't.I tried to download a mod, and got as far as the Slow download button. Clicked it. Nothing happened. At all.Went up to the top to try and check if I could download an old mod file through my history. Found out none of the top button links works either.I haven't changed anything on my side. Same browser, no new add-ons.
Pickysaurus
If you're clicking the "Vortex" or "Mod Manager Download" buttons, make sure you have a mod manager installed and configured to catch these links. If you are downloading manually, it's very likely to be something in your setup. We have a help page with the most common causes here: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/113-troubleshooting-website-issues Failing that, can you open dev tools in your browser (if you know how) and click for any console errors when you click the button. Thank you for the quick response! I'm not using Vortex, just a simple download. That help page isn't really much of a help, sadly. Those are add-ons everyone uses, and I used them just fine up until today.
wheelchairwillie
Can confirm, "$ is not defined" and left click broken. Tried three different browsers with and without addons, same error in dev console.
Deleted36836200User
I can also confirm the top bar has only 2 working buttons; the right most "nexusmods", and the "messaging" on the left. The search box works, I can navigate to a mod page, but all the author images display...all of them it appears, and yes manual "slow download button" does nothing. veekay
Same issue I have reported. Only working in updated "modern" browsers. Someone must have updated something 13ish hours ago. Things that no longer work:Clicking the profile buttonGames / Mods / Media / etc at top of screen do not respondDownloads will not startSearching or filtering options aren't clickable Edited March 5, 2021 by veekay
DreamingGirl
Confirm all of the above, Nexus no longer works in Waterfox or Firefox, got it to work in Opera In addition, for mods that have lots of pictures in the top bar, I can no longer see any of the regular tabs (Description/images/files/comments etc)
yuser
Can confirm. It doesn't work now. PS: what is so special in these buttons so they now can work only in "modern" browsers? They are just links!
veekay
Pretty sure they are more than just links and scripts are involved, which is why things broke. Still works fine in the latest chrome and waterfox current.
Gummiel
Same issue here in Waterfox Classic 2021.02 (64-bit)
