PLEASE HELP WITH STRANGE YELLOW TEXTURE GLITCH!

I had the horrible idea to extract all texture files from the SkyrimTextures.BSA and put them on the textures data folder, and now, these yellow textures are in all Tamriel.

Not sure why you did that, but most likely you didn't copy the paths to the textures

IE, all the games textures don't just go into Skyrim\Data\Textures\

They go in places like

Skyrim\Data\Textures\actor\female\

Skyrim\Data\Textures\actor\male\

Skyrim\Data\Textures\npc\female\

Skyrim\Data\Textures\clutter\

etc etc

Yeah, I did that. I've put all the files into that paths, but then, the glitch appears.
