ChewNTobacca
As the title suggests, is it possible to set schedules to when an idle marker is available to certain NPCs? For instance, if I wanted to place some browse markers near market stalls and allow them to be used by a certain faction. Obviously they wouldn't want to use those markers while there is nobody around. Is there a way to limit a time frame, say from 8 am to 8 pm? Thanks,-Chew
petdoc1991
Yes it is possible. You need to set up a schedule ( use sandbox setup) then point to the idle markers. You can also set the markers for only one npc or faction ( double click on the marker then go to ownership and set the npc or group you want to use it). The schedule will also dictate when the sandbox occurs such as browse for 12hrs starting at 8 am and ending at 8pm.
ChewNTobacca
I appreciate the reply. I may elaborate a little more. I have a pretty good handle on what you've mentioned. I've got a town with a couple market stalls in a high traffic area, where I placed a few browse markers, etc. I do have the ownership of the markers set to a faction. All the NPCs in the area have sandbox packages to allow them to use the markers I've set. All that is good. I also have schedules for every individual NPC that I really don't want to reschedule. A few of the NPCs have packages where they sandbox outside of the stall vendor hours. I'm just trying to figure out if I can somehow give the idle markers the same allowed schedule as the stall vendors. Not the end of my mod world, but occasionally one of my people will stand and look at an empty stall. That's what I'm trying to fix, without rescheduling my townspeople.
