Seems like you aren´t allowed to post your mind.

Last word:

It isn´t pirated. I´m only using my friend´s account because he doesn´t need it now.

Buuut the Admins are allowed to do everything ;)

Best regards

So far you have violated two parts of the Terms of Service:

1. "These moderators have a right to carry out their task without harassment, insult or hassle. Members who believe that a member of staff is not conducting themselves properly should get in contact with Robin via the forums or email."
In other words, do not discuss moderators actions in the open forum.

2. "We have a strict anti-piracy policy on these forums and the Nexus sites and we take a proactive and pre-emptive stance on anyone we believe is using a pirated version of any game or software.
If you give us reason to believe that you are a software pirate you will be instantly banned."
If you did not buy the game, it is pirated.

some people think, a forum or chat is a democracy.

It's not. it's a dictatorship. and the moderators and admins are the ones, who say, whats allowed and whats not.

I don't understand people, who are complaining about moderators or admins doing their job.

In my years as Community Management Assistant at ATARI Germany i have used my banhammer many times, but i was always inside the rules.

If someone violates the rules, he/she will get banned.

Thats what rules are for and thats what moderators and admins are for. To keep the forums and the chat free of rule violations. there is no freedom of speech in a privat forum. And since the Nexus is private property, the owner makes the rules.

And when we registered on this webside, we agreed to stay within the rules.

obey the rules, and everything is fine. violate the rules and get banned. thats the way a forum works.

If you haven't figured it out by now, using someone elses account to log onto steam is against their rules just as it is against our rules to use someone elses account, OR to allow someone else to use your account here.

I have lost count of the number of people who have screamed that they were unfairly banned when someone they 'loaned' their account to break rules and got the shared account banned - If you created an account, then YOU are responsible for everything related to that account. NOT your 'friend' as they don't have an account. When you allow someone else to use your account you are trusting them with your on line reputation - Because when they log on as you, as far as we know they are you. And if 'you' violate the rules, you get banned. Then, why should we believe you when you claim it was your 'friend' and not you who violated the rules using your account? (as it is already against the rules to loan your account anyway the ban will stand.)

Creating a Nexus or Steam account is FREE - absolutely FREE. And besides that, there is no charge to create an account. Neither Nexus or Steam ask for any credit card or personal info just to create an account. Steam only asks for it if you buy something from them, and not until you do. (every on line store will ask the same things when they sell you something)

If your 'friend' cannot create an account of their own maybe there is a reason - perhaps they are lying about not being able to make their own account because they were already banned for misbehaving. Would you 'loan' your credit card to them?
