SwanRusNight Posted March 19, 2021 Share Posted March 19, 2021 Hello everyone, I have an issue that my Fallout 4 crashes to desktop in main menu after ~5 sec after starting the game. I have a lot of mods installed, but the problem is I don't know which one causes crash, so I wanted to detect on which mod's loading it has to crash and maybe there are any logs to examine? Also there is one more detail, I know it may be stupid, but I had reached limit of enabled plug-ins so I had to turn some of them to Light in Vortex, so I guess the point is in the total amount of mods.. Does the light mark on mod allows to use more mods than can be used by game restrictions or I'll still have to disable/delete some of them just to stop the CTD? Nikoleagle Posted March 20, 2021 Share Posted March 20, 2021 I've got he same thing earlier and i my case it is caused by too many mods (guessing). disabling absolutely ANYONE of those fix the issue. HeyYou Posted March 21, 2021 Share Posted March 21, 2021 That's a missing master crash. One of the mods you have installed, is dependent on a mod that is NOT installed.
