ENB - Need help picking!

Hey Nexus!

 

First of all, yeah I know I should do what I want, because it's my game, but I really want your opinion!

 

For the last week, I've been tweaking and modding the cr*p out of skyrim....I've finally managed to get a heavily modded skyrim stable, and I'm quite happy with it!

(For god's sake though modders, please clean your mods before posting them! Those dirty edits are a real pain in the behind!)

 

The last thing for me to do now is pick an ENB. I'm running CoT and ELFx. So my choices are limited, but my demand is high!

I'm looking for:

-Immersiveness

-Epic cool looking graphics like these:

-As many effects, reflections etc. as possible.

-Balanced Realism/Gaming graphics

 

What I'm NOT looking for:

-Too much gloom and blur

-Anime looking NPCs

 

I just want your opinion and suggestions guys, because I'm going MENTAL over this ;)...

Please no trolls or t*rds ;)

Some enb settings that I have enjoyed recently have been E ENB, K ENB, The Wilds ENB, and Wintertide ENB.

For my money Project ENB is all I need. It's designed specifically with Climates of Tamriel in mind. It has three presets: realistic, fantasy and cinematic. :dance:

It's hard to know for sure, since people have such varying preferences. Just listing the ones that I've liked recently. Also, if you end up liking one of those, with exception to the bloom, you can disable the bloom easily within the enbseries.ini file.

 

I had actually forgotten about Project ENB. I used that one for a long time as well. Also worth looking into.

 

I really just suggest trying out a bunch of them, and figure out which one (or combination of parts) that you find most appealing. The screenshots provided on the mod pages may not entirely do the ENB justice.

 

 

What do you guys think of the bleak/unbleak ENB?

 

Not really the type of ENB I like to play with, but I have seen some pretty great screenshots come from its use. And I know quite a few people would call it their favorite. Definitely worth a try.

I was going to jump in here and say "Unreal Cinema - Directors Cut", but then I noticed that the mod and the author (Unreal Warfare) seems to have completely disappeared :( That's awkward, I re-downloaded this excellent ENB just barely a week ago.

 

Oh well, you could always google for another place to download, or check workshop. It's a pretty cold and gritty enb, as in your pictures, which fits the world of Skyrim excellent imo. Good performance and supports the latest ENB. Here's a video;

Yeah Unreal Cinema was removed because the author left the nexus. He is working on some new stuff though, Ive been in contact with him.

I actually have this ENB running right now, but the problem is, it is not fully compatible to Climates of Tamriel.

 

What problems can one run into when the author is stating that his or her ENB is not compatible with CoT?

I used to use Unreal Cinema but now I use RealVision. Not good for low end systems though.
