Well, you have certainly done a fabulous job in your presentation.

 

But this is going to take a bit of experience, if you plan up to turn out a project as good as this sounds.

 

What do you have in the way of experienced modders to help you with this job.

 

Is there anyway I can be of assistance? My talents are quite varied, and I do host a mod project site.

Edit: The wiki looks good, and it's terrific for brainstorming, but a mod project site is something much more. If you are familiar with mod projects, you already know this. A mod project site is designed to take the ideas and turn them into product. Our objective, is to produce quality mods. This requires the right organization, experienced modders, and a knowledgeable site staff support team, that will allow you to focus on the mod. As individual mods require varying resources, we are dedicated to assisting you in the acquisition of those resources. We have learned to be very flexible in meeting the needs of mod teams. please, please, have complete voice acting. i know thats a huge lot of work, but its pointless everything looks great, but virtually silent.

 

also two things, arent there soppused to be more side quests then main quests? lol

 

and in my opinion u should change the "theme" in the security and gaurd quatars. having 2 different "themes" for your building doesn't make sense, unless its those secret tunnels u were talking about, but then the enclave tech came after the tunnels.

u could do a bunch of cool junk with the base, like a viwing platforms on top of the smokestacks.

 

interesting idea - there are a few characters that come from europe, like Tenpenny and Mortiarty and you make a side quest out of it - like "The Immagrant Program"

This really sounds great, one thing though. Do you really think the Enclave would view the EC neutrally? The Enclave is made up of fanatically patriotic post-Americans, I think they'd see the EC as a threatening invasion, even IF they are formed from a former ally.

 

A quick thought too, if you want something crazy for a sniper rifle, why not a shoulder mounted one, could fire 20mm or so and have the scope on the side, single shot, reload it like the missile launcher. Just an idea.
