Open world won't load

Hey guys, i have a problem. I can't enter the open world of skyrim. Whenever i try to enter it from a city(or somewhere else) after the loading screen i just get placed back to where i was before. I can fasttravel to other closed cities or closed places like sky haven temple. I haven't played Skyrim in a while but still downloaded mods and now i wanted to play again because i bought dragonborn but i can't go anywhere. If you haven't played in a while, I'm guessing that you have just got the 1.9 update, and also (as you say), you just added dragonborn. If you haven't gone through and updated all of your mods (or removed, in some cases) to be compatible with the latest patch and dragonborn, then that could be the cause of your problem.

 

If you have done all that, run BOSS and addressed all of the messages the BOSS log generates and you are still having the problem, you could try the steam verify game file thing. If that doesn't work, I think you may be looking at starting a new game on a clean reinstall.

You're not showing a bashed patch in that line up either....I'd suggest using Wrye Bash for that. But as GG states, run BOSS, that will tell you what needs to be cleaned with TES5Edit, and what bash patches you will need to create.
