aurreth
Ok, this takes place in Massachusetts. It snows in Massachusetts. That means ROOFS ARE NOT FLAT. The reason roofs in the real world are slanted is to allow rain and snow to slide off, so the roof doesn't collapse under the weight. There are basically three different roof pitches; the farther north you go, the steeper the pitch. That's why classic "fairy tale" roofs are all so pointy, the fables mostly originate in Germany. And yet the majority of mods have absolutely flat roofs, and everyone ends up living in blockhouses. The ones that don't have holes in the roofs, because apparently in the 200 years since the war no one has remembered what tar is. Weld a suit of power armor? Sure! Weld a patch over a hole in roof? <Blank Stare> Ok, rant over. I'm gonna go look at triangle floor pieces and use Place Anywhere and modangle, see if I can't build a real roof.
