"Dead Apostles" for Vampires.

So I was looking through all the vampire mods, and noticed one of them lets you give the Dark Gift to NPCs to turn them into vampires.

Now that gave me an idea:

A Dead Apostle, as I will call them, is someone you've made a vampire, and from then on, whenever they feed, the blood is linked to you so it acts as if you have fed as well.

Would this be possible?

Cookies to whoever happens to know why I used the term, "Dead Apostle"...

I'm sure that it could be done and I'm not trying to be rude but why would anyone want it? I mean, the point of being a vampire is to get all the extra abilities. I sometimes wait until I am at 100% Vampirism before entering an oblivion gate. I like to kill everything in an Oblivion plain before grabbing the sigil stone. If my companion fed on anyone it would reduce my abilities. I wouldn't keep that companion very long.

Others may disagree with me and you might find someone with scripting knowledge enough to accomplish this and I wish you luck but it's not for me.

There is a mod that offers a Vampire companion but I found the fact that she ran for cover whenever the sun came up irritating. I mean, if my vampire can make a run for a city then she should follow and not run off in the wrong direction.

Sorry LTD, I didn't mean to pick on that mod. I just didn't care for it. An overhaul of the AI would probably get me to download it again. I always play a vampire and I like the idea of having a vampire companion. The mod was well done and her home was a bit weird and I mean that in a good way, I was creeped out a little when I first met her, I liked that.

Actually, I discovered something interesting that you might be able to do with the cheats. I have the Companion Share & Recruit mod, and using the "createfullactorcopy" cheat, made a copy of myself, which I then recruited as a companion. My character was a vampire, and the copy was made before my character became a vampire (though still infected with the disease).

The copy and I went into a room where I had stashed some blood bottles (I also am using a mod that lets vampires feed from blood bottles) and I told her to "make herself at home." She immediately grabbed and drank a blood bottle - and it updated my feed status on my actual PC character. Of course this is because I made a copy of myself, but you could conceivably make yourself look like whatever companion you wanted, copy yourself to create the companion, then edit your PC to look different.

I'm such a nerd.
