No main menu is usually an orphaned record. A record in a plugin whose formid does not exist in its master anymore or has been repurposed and is of a different formtype now. You are probably looking for an outdated compatibility patch.

 

If I had to guess, probably one of the EVE patches for FWE.

I've done some tweaking to it because there were a couple of esp-s that were actually the same thing with different extras. Game still doesn't run tho!

Get BOSS http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193/ to sort your load order. Why are you using two Blackened compatibility patches instead of the one combination patch? You also have .esp mixed with the .esm. This will be corrected with BOSS. Streetlights.esm should be placed above BrokenSteel.esm regardless of were BOSS places it. It is obvious that you did not read the mod pages or ReadMes since Blackened should be loaded last.

I think I fixed some of the problems but now it just crashes on startup. I think the problem is with the EVE-MMM patch because it is flagged as ESM but it requires an esp (Marts' Mutant Mod-DLC Broken Steel). If there are any other suggestions please tell me :)

Let's see,

 

You've got the Blackened FWE + MMM + EVE.esp patch. Which is basically a combination of several different patches, including one for EVE-MMM. Ask yourself why you've still got a separate EVE-MMM patch. You do not require it after all.

 

Speaking of which, what version of EVE do you have? Please tell me you've got the Paradox Ignition merged version of EVE. If not, read the Blackened description page (again?).

 

If you do have the PI version of EVE, then plugins (.esp's) related to EVE have become quite redundant and can be removed. Also, check and make sure you're using the very latest version of PI EVE (the 1.1 version).

 

In accordance with what the Blackened description page says about FOIP, you should also remove these plugins:

 

Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release.esp=0
Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release + DLCs.esp=1
Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release + Project Beauty.esp=0
