RichardMarx
I am sure that this question had been asked in the past and also answered, but I am too lazy to search through a gazillion pages.............. If I make a skill legendary, what are the benefits of that again?
Shadeybladey
As far as I am aware, you get all the feat points to spend again and continue levelling. I think the Legendary skill drops to the base 15, though, plus racial modifier. I don't know if you keep the benefits of the feats you had. I have rarey done it. But say you make Archery legendary, you get those feat points back and your skill drops, but you still have that Smithied Ebony Bow that does hundreds of points of damage. oO
IsharaMeradin
Only real benefit is to exceed the level cap of 81 and thus earn additional perk points to be used in other trees. All perks taken will be removed, the perk points made available to spend again anywhere you would like and the skill level reduced. However, some perks when taken the second time may encounter bugs. For example, when making Smithing legendary and taking the Arcane Blacksmith perk a second time, it may become impossible to temper enchanted gear, especially those with more than one effect (source).
