Lorebrarian
Hello everyone. While browsing through different eye textures, I remembered a shot in the Heart of the Swarm cinematic for Starcraft 2. The shot shows Kerrigan the Queen of Blades. When you look at Kerrigan's eyes, they have a real neat smoke/aura flowing out the sides. Kerrigan also has what appears to be glowing scars, or a glowing skin effect around her eyes. Here is the cinematic below. Pause the video at 2:16 to see the effect on Kerrigan's eyes and around her eyes. My request is if possible, to add a smoky aura effect like the one Kerrigan has to the character creation menu. If that would be impossible, I would assume there is a way to make it count as a helm or face mask (face mask prefered) that when equipped adds the arua to the eyes. I am sure that a skin texture can be added to the character creation menu that adds the glowing effect around the eyes. I have seen a mod where black smoke was all around a weapon mod called Dark Daedric Axe. See video below and pause at 3:20 to view the axe. So I know this has to be doable. It would be neat if both the smoke for the eyes and glow texture for the skin come in various colors (yellow, red, green, blue, ice blue, purple, black, white, orange). This would be an awesome mod for demon like characters. I hope a skilled modder can come to my rescue and make this mod a reality for Skyrim. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read over and consider this idea.

Teabone3
Yes I believe this is possible. For instance the vampire eyes have a texture that could be modified. Also if you notice the draugr eyes they do have trails. This might be modifiable from the editor itself. You can apply multiple visual effects to any character.
