Bow and Crossbow stay centered on horse when on horse back

Whenever I draw my bow or crossbow on horseback, I can't aim it. The crosshair stays centered in the middle of the horse. I can shhot but I can't aim because it causes the horses body to be in my line of sight when aim down the crosshair. Any ideas?
