Help with Vortex and mod load order for Bannerlord

Why does my Vortex always place Butterlib after all of the native modules? And then the game crashes and it proceeds to tell me Butterlib is in the wrong place but refuses to put it in the right one?

I can manually move it to where it belongs but am I to assume it is likely wrong for other mods as well? Is this feature just not fleshed out yet or I have something set up wrong?

If anyone is willing to help here is the list of mods I am currently using and the order Vortex auto sort puts them in. I am using Bannerlord v1.5.9

Vortex Auto-Sort

-Harmony

-Native

-Sandbox Core

-Sandbox

-StoryMode

-ArmorCraftRequest - Main 1.5.9

-Butterlib

-UIExtenderEx

-Mod Configuration Menu

-CustomBattle

-Better Time

-Ludus - Gladiator Schools - Ludus

-Open Source Armory

-PartyScreenEnhancements 1.5.16

-RTS Camera - RTS Camera for Bannerlord e1.5.9

-RTS Camera Command System

-Realistic Battle AI Module for v1.5.9 Stable

-Tournaments Enhanced

-Bannerlord Tweaks - For 1.5.9

Clearly this is wrong and not the way I arrange it myself. I put Harmony then Butterlib, then UIextenderEx, Mod Config and then the Native modules and then all the rest with Bannerlord Tweaks last. However that setup is now crashing when trying to load the game up. It started happening when I downloaded the compatibility patch for open source armory so it works with Realistic Battle.

The page for open source armory doesn't make it clear though if I was correct to install Open Source Armory (main module) and the compatibility patch BOTH in the mods folder, or just the compatibility one? However it is strange though that the compatibility patch doesn't show up as a module in the load order so now I am unsure if I extracted it into the right place or not.

After having this issue I used the Auto Sort in Vortex and it set my load order completely out of whack and I have no idea how to set it right now to get my campaign back up. Sorry this post is so long but any help is MUCH appreciated. Thanks.

Some mod developers have stopped using the proper dependency markers as defined by TaleWorlds in favour of some custom ones. Vortex will be updated to cater for these in future. I'm also talking to TW about improving the native system so these custom values aren't needed.

I see. I managed to correct my load order using the official launcher and I am back in my campaign. I hope TW does right by the modding community and realize how valuable it is to the future of this title much less franchise. I still can't wrap my head around how the modding community can fix blatant bugs, missing features, new content and provide quality of life solutions yet TW seems to be struggling to implement even minor changes at anything anyone could consider a timely rate. They seem to have a very narrow and short-sighted direction they want to take this game with the way they have been developing it and based on some responses I have seen from devs. It is just simply a shame... however I hope I am wrong and be it as I do not have development experience I could be completely talking nonsense.

Anyways, thanks for the response and thanks for the service Nexus and Vortex provides.
